I appreciate your patience & request it’s continuance & compassion as I continue to work to rebuild our yoga program back to the heights it was.

I will be teaching & offering prime time classes on a limited scale due to the current vulnerability of my body.

We All Must Honor Our Body. As I strengthen, I will be re-building the class schedule, bringing back more class times as before.  I will also be creating and adding new class styles and re-introducing additional instructors in the future.

Time heals.  Healing & time will reveal when we are once again able to spread our wings as broad as they had been over the past 4 years.
